Bad idea: a character who cannot use any common password reminder questions.
* they have never had a pet
* no mother's maiden name, no mother: they have two fathers, neither of who changed their name.
* they were homeschooled, so no high-schools and first grade teachers (arguable)
* they've never been on vacation
* they are not into music, so they have no favorite band.
* they haven't dated anyone
* they're colorblind so no favorite color
* they didn't go to college
* they don't drive

I wrote a paper for a government client some years ago explaining why requiring truthful answers[^] to be recorded for security questions was going to cause more trouble for their service users than it would provide security for anyone involved.
Part of the paper contained a question: "Does it really matter whether Pat Benatar was actually my first childhood crush?".
I didn't prevail that day.
[^] This was after my submission that security questions should not be used had already been rejected.

Basics, it's never going to be or include everybody/everyone. 🙂
