I give the same answer every single time, yet they insist on continuing to ask it periodically.
A screen grab of a pop-up question I was asked by Microsoft regarding whether I would recommend the web version of MS Excel to others. I am about to press the "Send" button, having typed my standard response: "I am required by my employer to use the web version of Excel. If I had my own choice, it's possible I would use something else. I will not recommend to someone something that I am not free to choose to use myself."
